The other problem this time of year is that all exercise seems sort of loathsome. I just want to hunker down under a blanket and wait til spring. Preferably with that plate of sugar cookies we just talked about. Walking is great, because it’s a lower impact workout and, weather permitting, you can do it outside and get some fresh air at the same time.
